CHILD EVANGELISM FELLOWSHIP OF READING AND BERKS COUNTY, INC.

• Most of our Good News Clubs are held after School on School property Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

 

• Good News Club includes a Bible Lesson, a Missionary Story, a Memory Verse, songs, and various other activities.

• Each Bible Lesson includes the Gospel with an invitation given for each child to put his or her trust in Christ if they choose.

 

• Also included is a Main Truth to challenge the Christian child to grow in his or her relationship with Christ. 

 

• We strive to have a one-on-one situation as we counsel with the children for salvation.  

 

• For each Club to run smoothly, there needs to be at least one teacher, one helper, and one person able to counsel the children for salvation.

• We provide free training for all volunteers. 

 

• Berks County has 58 elementary Schools, and we desire to have a Club at each School. There are about 30,500 children enrolled in these Elementary Schools.
